  • Deposits are non-refundable, but they may be applied to a future session at our discretion, depending on the time of the year and availability.
  • If it rains at the time of a beach or outdoor portrait session, a full refund of the deposit will be provided. A refund cannot be provided based only on the forecast.

4. Image Usage and Licensing

Ryan Smith Photography retains copyright ownership of all images taken during sessions or events. Clients receive a limited license for personal use, which does not include commercial use or the right to sell or modify images.
