Location Information: 1580 Terra Verde Drive, Myrtle Beach, SC 29579

The Members Club features a large ballroom with an adjacent room that can also be used for larger groups. With both rooms open, this location could host large wedding groups. The only weddings I’ve done at this location have been held on the back porch overlooking the golf course. This was one of my first locations where I photographed a large wedding over 10 years ago of a beautiful bride in a traditional Indian dress you can view below.

This week I’m featuring another beautiful wedding I was the photographer for at the Members Club at Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach. I like that I’m photographing more weddings lately at the Members Club. It’s a stunning location on the golf course with a great interior and a large ballroom. This new blended family had children from previous marriages as part of the wedding party. I always love going to the Grande Dunes Members Club for weddings. It’s a beautiful clubhouse located on the golf course inside the Grande Dunes. This bride wore a stunning lace-covered ball gown. This is a perfect dress for getting pictures of the bride standing in a doorway with the full dress flowing out behind her. Working with some of my favorite wedding vendors, including Sara from Stunning and Brilliant Events and DJ Scott and Company, was also great. Traditional Indian Wedding at the Grande Dunes Myrtle Beach

I did my first traditional Indian wedding at the Grande Dunes Members Club in Myrtle Beach.  It was an experience I’ll always remember and a really beautiful event. It’s amazing how intricate and heavy an Indian wedding dress is.  I loved how many colors there were during the ceremony with the bride’s dress and the flowers. I think my favorite shot was the bride walking down the aisle and the groom still hidden from her view. My new Nikon 70-200 f2.8 lens really makes this picture pop.
